Women Bodybuilding?Let’s get one thing clear. In my view, not a single woman shows the need to work out. Amazingly I find all you super, duper, extra trooper fit! Now for all the men reading this article you probably understood my initial statement. Yes, I am a married man and I do not want trouble.
Insisting that the entire female race needs to work out because more and more of you have lost touch with the natural glow our older generation females had would simply be inviting pain. Tempting fate, I will say, this natural glow was gorgeous. It gave the admirer wings, setting free his soul and caused him to fall head first into love.
Women Bodybuilding-Weight Loss?
All I find today is blackberry cellular phones glued to one side of the face while the other side is covered with wrinkles caused from smoking! Now this might be hard to believe but working out, releases endorphins that can actually make you look prettier! Its no surprise those chiseled women, often seen on women bodybuilding shows, have such a die-for smile!
Just in case you do manage the time to work out, or are forced into it by your profession, your doctor or the annoying husband remember to research. The human body is very complex thing and even something as simple sounding as “weight loss” can cause harm to your body if done improperly.
The most common mistake made by almost every woman is thinking that they need to lose weight. WHY?! You already weigh only a few ounces as it is! (that, by the way, is the perfect answer to, “Do I look fat?”)What you do want to lose is body fat. The gorgeous bodies seen in women bodybuilding all weigh as much as healthy women their age should.
The only difference is that they know the secret to looking good… They got rid of body fat, giving them that toned and tight appearance women desire, and men drool over! You must understand that numbers on a scale don’t matter as much as the image in the mirror (I do not mean to promote anorexia, over McDonalds enthusiasts).
My wife just happens to be the owner of one of our city’s finest beauty parlor and I got the chance to speak with a lot of business suit clad women coming in and out. My first question was always how they managed to stay so fit! I have learned that flattery is the best way to get answers.
They always answer modestly, saying they just use the company gym during lunch. Of course they use the gym! What else? Upon excessive grilling I learned they make smart choices too. They try to use the stairs, ride bikes with family, walk a lot, try and maintain a healthy diet.
They limit intakes of soft drinks, alcohol and alternate that with juices and fruits. Interestingly, they also lift weights. Turns out, the smart women in the world realize that women bodybuilding will not necessarily make you look like Arnold. If done properly, lifting weights will further tone your muscles and give you a leaner look.
It will also strengthen a muscle allowing you to increase productivity or the day. Women bodybuilding has also shown to benefit in child birth!
In conclusion, I would like to encourage the beautiful thing that is women, to begin working out. It is healthy, productive and will ensure your well being. A healthy body leads to a healthy mind, leading to a longer happier life.
